Case snapshot (anonymized)
Male patient in his 30s with Bipolar I and psychotic symptoms participated in calisthenics-based somatic sessions 2×/week for 4 weeks. Who Harmony360 Supports

We partner with mental health professionals who see the mind–body link and want better outcomes and engagement—without turning into wellness coordinators or gym managers.

You want better outcomes, not more work.

Harmony360 runs the somatic movement, mobility, and breathwork sessions between appointments. You stay the clinical lead—we handle the “doable daily actions.”

You see the link between body & mind.

Our sessions are built by a PMHNP who also trains clients. We design somatic work to be trauma-aware, regulation-focused, and safe for complex mental health histories.

You need something patients will actually do.

Gamified progress, simple check-ins, and flexible options (in-person & virtual) help even ambivalent patients take that next small step toward activation.

How Harmony360 Supports Your Patients & Practice

Our goal is simple: help your patients become more stable, engaged, and resilient through structured somatic movement, breathwork, and community support—so your clinical work goes further.

Behavioral activation that sticks

We turn “move more” into specific, guided sessions that patients can book and attend, with modifications for low-motivation days and symptom flares.

Nervous-system friendly movement

Calisthenics, mobility, and breathwork are structured to regulate—not overstimulate—patients with anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma histories, or psychosis.

Trackable progress you can reference

A clinician view lets you see attendance and engagement patterns, giving you additional data points for notes, treatment planning, and reviews.

Support between appointments

Patients have a safe, structured space to move, breathe, and check in between visits—reducing isolation and crisis risk while reinforcing your plan.

MEDS Clinic + Harmony360 have been serving the local community for over 8 years, supporting patients with bodywork, movement, and clinical care. Harmony360 extends that experience into a digital, trackable somatic wellness layer that plugs into your existing mental health treatment model.

Talk About Referring Patients

Patients pay Harmony360 directly. For clinics that prefer to sponsor access (e.g., PHP/IOP), we can discuss a cohort model during your intro call.

Small Cohort Tracks

6–10 patients in a focused track (e.g., mood stabilization, stress & burnout), with weekly somatic sessions and check-ins. Clinic-sponsored or patient-funded options available.

Clinic-Sponsored Pilots

Short 6–12 week pilots for programs like IOP or outpatient groups, where you want to test a movement & breathwork layer with a defined set of patients.

Custom Partnerships

For hospitals, schools, or larger systems, we can co-design a somatic wellness layer that fits your existing mental health programs and documentation needs.

Clinical FAQ

A few of the most common questions we hear from psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and therapists about adding somatic movement and breathwork to mental health treatment.

Is Harmony360 providing medical or psychiatric treatment?
No. Harmony360 operates as a wellness support platform focused on somatic movement, mobility, and breathwork. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or alter treatment plans. All medical and psychiatric decisions remain with you and your team.
How do I know which patients are a good fit?
We’re a strong fit for patients who would benefit from more structure, gentle physical activation, and nervous-system regulation: mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and some complex cases where you want more engagement and daily routine. We always defer to your clinical judgment.
Can this help reduce medication load?
In some cases, providers have felt comfortable adjusting meds after seeing improved stability and engagement while patients participate in Harmony360. We never promise specific outcomes; instead, we aim to give you more favorable conditions for your clinical work to succeed.
How do referrals and communication work?
You can refer patients directly, or we can schedule a joint call to explain the program. With consent, we can share high-level engagement summaries so you can consider them in your ongoing care and documentation.
Can you work with existing therapy or group programs?
Yes. Harmony360 is ideal as a somatic layer on top of your existing psychotherapy or group schedule. We focus on movement, breathwork, and daily habits while you continue leading the core therapeutic work.
Let’s explore whether Harmony360 can support your patients.

In a brief, no-pressure call, Paz will listen to your needs, share what’s worked with similar patients, and help you decide if referring to Harmony360 or piloting a cohort makes sense for your practice or clinic.
